Sent on Friday 22/10 - We are in Hong Kong at the moment and having a great time. There's heaps to do and see here. Tomorrow we are heading back to Guangzhou for another trade fair (God willing). Typhoon Megi is expected to hit here (both Guangzhou and Hong Kong) today or tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes. Guangzhou is right in it's path, Hong Kong, on the edge. We travel to Guangzhou by train. Please pray that we miss the typhoon. If it's bad tomorrow I expect the trains and all transport will cease... we'll see. Nothing like a bit of excitement hey? Up till now though, all has been good... apart from having a bag snatched out of my hand by two guys on a motorbike (scooter) in Vietnam. I had a few things I had just bought from the markets and my phone in the plastic bag. I was pretty cranky! Having an excellent time. See you soon,
Hi, if you did pray for us after my last email, thank you. Amazingly the typhoon changed its course and is now going to miss both Hong Kong and Guanzhou! Incredible. We are off to Guangzhou today. Thanks again. God is so good.
